Green Frog Apparel (GFA) was created from the lack of plus-size clothing in the community. We worked closely with GFA to develop visual identities and an e-commerce website to showcase and sell their products.
GFA is an Australian owned and operated online store that is focused on supplying quality T-Shirts and Polos to the larger sized community. Being part of the plus-size community themselves, owners Damian and Sandra, wanted to share their passion in providing high quality with a variety of sizes to the community.
Our main purpose was to showcase GFA’s plus-size apparel products to customers all across Australia.
A major point that was addressed with the client was the need for the brand to ‘create a conversation’. The use of a different colour to green creates a conversation: why is it called green frog when it’s gold? Using bold imagery ensures the main focus to guide the attention of users with hierarchy and the mosaic grid creates visual interest to the layout keeping users engaged.
We worked with GFA to create a logo and a series of T-shirt designs that creates a playful conversation. In creating a visually appealing e-commerce website, we showcased the products using both photography and mockup in a clean and functional way that reflects the brand and business.
